1813 Rorer Avenue was built in 1902.  It was badly "re-muddled" over the years.  The beautiful wrap-around porch was closed.  Walnut trims and heart-pine floors were covered in paint and carpet.  The original plaster walls were sheathed in 1970s era paneling. 

We installed energy efficient windows along with a new heating and air conditioning system, new plumbing and new wiring.  We have taken it back to it's original look and feel as much as possible.
